Ticket Change and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
All tickets are non-refundable once purchased. Tickets can be changed according to the Ticket Change Policy below.
Tickets Purchased without 'Ticket Guarantee':
Our Ticket Guarantee can only be purchased at checkout, and can not be added to a booking at a later date.
Changes with 3+ Weeks Notice:
- Free Changes: Tickets can be moved once, free of charge, to a session of the same ticket value, within 6 months of your original booking with at least 3 weeks' notice.
Changes up to 4 Days Before Booking:
- Short Notice Changes: Tickets can be moved once, up to 4 days before the event, to a session of the same ticket value within 6 months of the original date with a £10 change fee per ticket.
Changes Within 3 Days of Booking / Missed Bookings and Late Arrivals:
- Last-Minute Changes: For changes within 3 days of your booking, or if you miss or arrive late to your session, rebooking is available for a £20 fee per ticket to a session of the same ticket value. Guests must notify us via the ticket change form within 1 day of a missed session. Missed or late sessions are non-refundable and must be rebooked with the fee. If a session is missed due to matters beyond your control you should claim via your home or travel insurance. If we are not notified within 1 day of a missed session, tickets are forfeited.

- Complete Relevant Change Form:
- Select your location:
- Receive New Tickets: Our team will check availability, confirm and issue new tickets. Please note, changes are not confirmed until new tickets are issued.
