We understand that unexpected events can prevent you from attending your scheduled booking. Here’s what you need to know:
Notify Our Team: View our Ticket Change and rebooking policy here: Ticket Changes - For Tickets Purchased Without Ticket Guarantee You must fill out our change form within one day of your original booking. A rebooking fee applies, and tickets can only be moved to a session of the same value. Missed or late sessions are non-refundable and must be rebooked with a fee or claimed through your home or travel insurance. If we are not notified within 1 day, tickets are forfeited.
