Ticket Change and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
All tickets are non-refundable once purchased. Tickets can be changed according to the Ticket Change Policy below.
Tickets Purchased with 'Ticket Guarantee':
Ticket Guarantee (£3.99 per ticket): Allows free changes up to 4 days before your booking. Change forms must be submitted within this timeframe, and tickets can only be moved once. Our Ticket Guarantee can only be purchased at checkout, and can not be added to a booking at a later date.
Changes up to 4 Days Before Booking:
- Free Changes: With Ticket Guarantee, Tickets can be moved once, free of charge, to a session of the same ticket value, within 6 months of your original booking with at least 4 days notice.
Changes Within 3 Days of Booking / Missed Bookings and Late Arrivals:
- Last-Minute Changes: For changes within 3 days of your booking, or if you miss or arrive late to your session, rebooking is available for a £20 fee per ticket to a session of the same ticket value. Guests must notify us via the ticket change form within 1 day of a missed session. Missed or late sessions are non-refundable and must be rebooked with the fee. If a session is missed due to matters beyond your control you should claim via your home or travel insurance. If we are not notified within 1 day of a missed session, tickets are forfeited.

- Complete Relevant Change Form:
- Receive New Tickets: Our team will check availability, confirm and issue new tickets. Please note, changes are not confirmed until new tickets are issued.
