Standard Tickets: Can be cancelled for a full refund up to 3 days before your event date. Within 3 days of your event date, tickets are non-refundable.
Ticket Guarantee Purchasers: If you purchased a ticket guarantee, you can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your event.
Missed or Late Sessions: These are non-refundable and must be rebooked with a re-booking fee. If a session is missed due to matters beyond your control, we recommend claiming via your home or travel insurance. Please note: If we are not notified within 1 day of a missed session, your tickets will be forfeited.
