Yes children are welcome at Best of British Masterclasses. For all information regarding younger bakers joining our sessions, please read our full policy on bringing children. -
How do I inform you of dietary requirements or allergies?
For our Masterclasses, dietaries are added at the time of booking. If you have any dietary requirements that you didn't mention at the time of booking, please let us know as soon as possible by filling out this dietary requirements link. -
Our Masterclasses are a fantastic way to dive deeper into the art of baking, bake at a slower pace, learn some history of the bake, and tips and techniques throughout. We provide absolutely everything you need—all instructions, ingredients, aprons, and a handy take-home cake box.

What happens if I am running late?
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may unfortunately be unable to join the session, and a re-booking fee will apply. Please check your Masterclass ticket terms and conditions and leave plenty of time for travel to ensure you don't miss out! -
What is your cancellation and refund policy for Masterclass?
Standard Tickets: Can be cancelled for a full refund up to 3 days before your event date. Within 3 days of your event date, tickets are non-refundable. What time should I arrive for my Masterclass?
Our sessions run promptly to time, please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled session start time. Our Head Bakers will carry out a safety briefing exactly 15 minutes before the class begins to provide you with guidance on our sites and the safe operation of our equipment.
