Our sessions start promptly at the time listed on your ticket, so we encourage all bakers to arrive at least 20-30 minutes before your start time. This ensures you have enough time to settle in and prepare for a fun baking experience.
We always try to accommodate late arrivals where possible. However, please note that arrivals over 15 minutes late will not be able to join the session, as you won't be able to catch up in time and all our bakes are carefully planned to fill the full 90 minutes. As we will have held your space for your booked time, we cannot move your booking or provide a refund for late arrivals.
