Our sessions start promptly at the time listed on your ticket. We encourage all bakers arrive at least 20-30 minutes before your start time.
We always try where possible to accommodate late arrivals, but unfortunately late arrivals over 15 minutes will not be able to join the session as you won't be able to catch up in time and all our bakes are carefully planned to fill the full 90 minutes. As we will have held your space for your booked time, we'll be unable to move your booking or refund for late arrivals.
