I have been diagnosed with COVID-19, can I change my booking?

We have introduced new flexibility for ticket holders in light of COVID. Previously any ticket changes within three weeks wouldn't be possible.

If you need to change you ticket due to a positive Covid result, then we have a £7.50 per ticket change fee, where you can then select a new date and time to join us. We have this in place to help customers who may require a last minute change in circumstances such as Covid. We absorb the remainder of the loss and the empty space. Changes can be made up to 3 days before a booking takes place. No changes are possible after this time.

Guest are also welcome to pass tickets onto a friend or colleague who would like to attend in your place, and a name change isn't required. All bookings are non-refundable.
