When redeeming your voucher, simply enter your voucher number during your ticket purchase in the field that says 'discount/voucher code'.
The most common reason for vouchers not working correctly is guests typing in the number Zero (0) instead of the Letter (O). Please try re-typing the voucher with the use of the letter (O).
