We love seeing guests capture and share their Big Bakes experience. Filming and photography for personal use is welcome, provided it remains respectful and does not disrupt the event.
Respect other guests: You must not film or photograph other guests in the tent outside of your party without asking their permission in the tent. If someone does not wish to be included, their preference must be respected.
Keep equipment minimal: Only handheld devices such as phones or small cameras are permitted. Larger equipment (e.g. floor tripods, lighting, or rigs) is not allowed unless agreed in advance. Raise a query.
Be mindful of the experience: Filming must not interfere with the event, instructions from hosts, or the enjoyment of other participants.
Responsibility for equipment: Guests are fully responsible for their own filming equipment at all times. The Big Bakes cannot accept liability for loss, damage, or theft.
Commercial filming: Any filming for commercial purposes, brand partnerships, or professional content must be approved by our team in advance.
Our team reserves the right to limit or stop filming at any time to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
