How accessible are your venues for people with disabilities?

Baking is for everyone, and our venues are designed to be fully accessible. Here's what we offer to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests:

Ramp Accessibility: All our locations have ramp access to ensure easy entry and exit.
Seating Options: We can provide seating behind your bake station if you need to sit down during our events.
Wheelchair Space: There is ample space behind each bake station for wheelchair users to participate comfortably. Our workstations are fixed at a height of 93cm. While we do not have adjustable stations, we have had the pleasure of hosting many wheelchair users in the past. Please note that this space is more limited when oven doors are open. As guests bake in pairs, we recommend baking alongside someone who can assist with this.
Assistance: Our staff is always ready to assist with any specific needs or accommodations you may require.

If you are baking with us and have a disability you would like us to be aware of, or require any specific accommodations such as a chair or ramp access, please get in touch with us here prior to your visit. We recommend contacting us with the date, time, and location of your booking so we can notify the team to ensure the ramp is out and reserve a station either at the front or back of the tent, where there is more space available, and the team can be on hand to help.
