Sometimes those pesky email filters swallow up confirmation emails. Search your inbox for a message from noreply@designmynight.com, and double check in your spam folder. If you can not find it, then you may have entered your email address with a typo.
If you cant find your tickets -
1.) Either log into your design my night account-
-To access your tickets from www.designmynight.com
-Log into the website, and click your name in the top right hand corner of the screen.
-Select 'my event tickets', and then click 'download tickets' under the correct event listing.
