What ingredients/allergens are in your bakes?
Our bakes change every month, and we prepare a wide range of baked goods in our marquees, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. While our core recipes do not contain nuts, The Big Bakes is not a nut-free event, and traces may be found in our ingredients. Additionally, our core bakes include gluten and dairy.
Specific Allergies:
Nuts: While our core recipes do not contain nuts, traces may still be present.
Gluten and Dairy: Our core bakes include gluten and dairy, but we can provide gluten free and dairy free ingredients if requested in advance of your baking session.
Coeliac Disease: We are unable to cater to coeliac guests as we prepare a range of ingredients in our venues and there is risk of cross contamination.
Guests with severe allergies may choose not to attend, and bookers should make them aware of this information in advance of attending.
